Can we use this for men or only for women

It is worthy, showing good result in 1 month itself.

I only writing it to help someone like me worried about increased hair fall in 30's.
I bought this tablet (12-Aug-2021) but in doubt, now after 1 week use it is visible in my head small hairs are growing in empty areas.
Also I think no need to buy any combo oil, just buy it and use for minimum 2 months.

It’s good i see the result from one month in my nils but no different in my hair i think the hair and skin need to take more than 3 months
