I have moderate to severe level of acne, due to which I changed my diet and cannot eat certains things such as dairy and refined grains. Plus, I work out everyday. Despite all this, I still use to get acne sometimes, making it difficult to look like I have a clear face, since they leave long term marks. However, since I started using these together, I get no more acne and the marks are also decreasing, so they work great!!
