Organizer: Care N Cure Pharmacies is the sole sponsor and operator of this raffle draw. We are responsible for the management, promotion, and prize distribution. For any inquiries regarding the promotion, please contact us at +974 3331 1936.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Residency: This raffle is open to legal residents of Qatar holding a valid Qatar ID (QID) at the time of entry.
• Age: Participants must be 18 years or older. Individuals under the age of 18 are not eligible.
• Exclusions: Employees under the Care N Cure group of companies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• Agreement: By entering, participants agree to follow these official rules and accept the Organizer’s decisions as final in all matters related to the promotion.

Entry Requirements:

• Purchase Requirement: To participate, customers must make cumulative purchases of at least 100 Qatari Riyals (QAR) at any Care N Cure Pharmacy branch or online during the promotional period starting from 1/10/2024(12.00 am) to 31/12/2024 (11:59 pm).
• Cumulative Purchases: Every purchase counts, and the total amount from each bill can be accumulated to reach 100 riyals, earning you one coupon.
• All purchases contribute to the accumulation of the total, and once a customer reaches 100 QAR, they will be eligible to receive one raffle coupon.

How to Participate: Upon making a purchase, the receipt will include a QR code. Customers should scan the QR code to download the Care N Cure Pharmacy app, then input their mobile number, QID, and receipt number to receive a raffle coupon code for entry into the draw.

Promotion Period:

• The promotion begins on October 1, 2024 from 12.00 am, and ends on December 31, 2024 till 11:59 pm.
• All entries must be received by the closing date i.e. December 31^st 11.59 pm to qualify for the raffle draw.

Raffle Draw Dates:

Raffle Draw: January 1, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Care N Cure Pharmacy, Grand Mall, Asian Town.

Winners will be randomly selected in the presence of a representative from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI).

• A trip to Paris for one person (including airfare and a three-night hotel stay) – 1 winner
• Apple iPhone 16 Pro 256 Gb – 5 winners
• One-Year Gym Memberships at Al Aman Gym – 10 winners
• Care N Cure Pharmacy cash vouchers worth 500 QAR each– 10 winners
• Brand-Specific Vouchers worth 500 QAR each – 15 winners
• Premium Health Checkup at Rayada Medical Center- 11 winners

Care N Cure cash vouchers and brand-specific vouchers are redeemable only at Care N Cure Pharmacies and must be redeemed by June 30, 2025.

Prize Conditions:

• Non-Transferability: Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged, or substituted unless Care N Cure deems necessary. If any prize becomes unavailable, it may be replaced with one of equal or greater value.
• Additional Costs: Any additional costs related to claiming or using the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified using the contact information provided during entry. If a winner does not respond within 15 days, an alternate winner may be selected, subject to MoCI guidelines.

Prize Collection: Winners must collect their prizes in person at a specified location, which will be communicated upon notification. Prizes must be claimed within 90 days of notification, following MoCI regulations. A valid QID must be required for identity verification.

Use of Personal Information: By entering the raffle, participants consent to the use of their personal information for Care N Cure’s marketing and promotional activities, including content shared on social media.

Disqualification: Care N Cure reserves the right to disqualify any participant that fails to comply with these terms or is found to be engaging in fraudulent activity.

Liability Limitation: The Organizer is not responsible for any issues related to participation or prize use, including lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected entries, technical failures, unauthorized interventions, or any damage to devices used in connection with this raffle. In the event of any ambiguity or errors in these rules, the Organizer reserves the right to modify the rules as necessary.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Qatar, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Qatari courts.

No Waiver/Severability/Promotion Changes: The failure of Care N Cure to enforce any provision of these rules does not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. If any rule is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining rules will remain effective. Care N Cure reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time.
