• Ascorbyl Glucoside: it is a stable by/product of vitamin C, which when entering into contact with the membrane of the cells hydrolyses into vitamin C by means of an enzyme (alpha glucosidase), and penetrates into the cell where: - it inhibits the synthesis of melanin, and lightens what is already there. - it stimulates the synthesis of collagen, if it is a fibroblast. - it protects the cell thanks to its antioxidant potential. - it strengthens the immune system.
• Dipotassium glycyrrhizate: fraction of a plant extract, with calming activity and which regulates the sebaceous glands.
