If you prefer a lozenge without sugar, try Strepsils Sugar Free Lemon. These tasty little lozenges contain effective antibacterial agents (Dichlorobenzyl alcohol 1.2mg and Amylmetacresol 600µg) that relieve discomfort of a sore throat and minor mouth infections. Available in pack size 16 or 36.

Active Ingredients: Dichlorobenzyl alcohol 1.2mg, Amylmetacresol 600µg.
Contains: This product contains Isomalt and Maltitol (27.5g/ 12 lozenges). Also contains Saccharin Sodium.

Directions to Use:

1. Suitable for adults and children over 6 years.
2. Dissolve one lozenge slowly in mouth every 2 to 3 hours as required.
