Cleaning & Storage Instructions:

• The unit should be cleaned occasionally
• The device must be switched off and allowed to cool and the main plug pulled out before cleaning and changing the infrared heat lamp
• Ensure that no water penetrates into the unit
• Clean using a damp cloth, to which you can apply a little detergent if necessary
• Do not touch the unit with wet hands while it is plugged in
• The unit must be operated only when it is completely dry
• Do not use abrasive detergents and never immerse the unit in water

Directions To Use:

• Push the plug completely into the main socket and switch on the lamp
• The recommended duration of treatment is maximum 12 minutes
• Do not keep a distance between the infrared lamp and the radiated part of the body less than 24 in (60 cm)
• Do not look directly into the infrared light without protective eyewear
• Pull the main plug from the socket to switch off the lamp
• Do not pack the lamp just after use, let it cool off first before packing
