Spasmomen 40 mg tablet is an antispasmodic medicine containing otilonium bromide. It is maninly used to treat irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and other digestive problems by relaxing the smooth muscles of the digestive tract, which eases pain, cramps, and discomfort.
