Cleaning Instructions:
Unplug the device after it has cooled down and wipe with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use the device again until it is completely dry.

- Avoid any contact with water
- Do not use any massage attachments other than those supplied with the device
Directions To Use:
- Select the massage function as per your requirement
- Select ‘M‘ for Massage only or ‘M+H‘ for Massage with infrared heat
- Set the required massage speed using the control
- Place the device on the part of the body to be massaged
- Massage intensity can be varied by exerting pressure on the massage device
- Avoid massaging a specific part of the body for longer than 3 minutes without changing to another area of the body
- After using for a maximum of 20 minutes, switch off the device. Disconnect the plug and let it cool down
