Product Description.

Amoxil 250mg cap belongs to a group of anti-bacterial or antibiotics known as penicillin. Amoxil 250mg cap is used to prevent and treat different types of bacterial infections like chest infection (pneumonia, bronchitis), ear/nose/throat (ENT) infections, urinary tract infections, skin infections, leg ulcers, gum ulcers, dental infections, and pressure sores. Besides this, it is also used in combination with various antibiotics like clarithromycin to treat ulcers of the stomach caused by H. Pyroli bacteria.

Dosage.

Do not take self-medicate, until your doctor has prescribed it, as it may lead to antibiotic resistance. In this case, the efficacy of a AMOXIL 250MG CAPSULE may get reduced. The usual dose is 250 mg per day or 750 mg to 1 g every 12 hours.

Side Effects.

You may have some common side effects like feeling sick (nausea) and diarrhea. Besides this, serious side effects include diarrhea with blood or mucus, dark urine, yellowing of the skin, skin discolouration, musculoskeletal pain, and skin rash with a red patch can be observed.
