Tina Joy

Tina Joy is an experienced pharmacy professional with over 17 years of expertise in hospital and retail pharmacy operations. As Area Manager at Care n Cure Group in Doha, Qatar, Tina leads multiple pharmacy outlets, overseeing operational efficiency, inventory control, and regulatory compliance. She’s especially passionate about training and developing new pharmacy professionals, having designed comprehensive onboarding programs covering operational standards, customer service excellence, OTC and cosmetics dispensing skills. A graduate of Nehru College of Pharmacy, Calicut University, Tina holds licenses in both Kerala and Qatar. Her career highlights include implementing robust prescription error-reporting systems, driving operational improvements, and receiving the Best Paper Award for Oral Presentation at Pharmafest 2008.

Fluent in English, Malayalam, Hindi, and Arabic, Tina is dedicated to advancing pharmacy care standards and fostering professional growth in the industry.
